 SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS NEEDED FOR FALL 2010. We need teachers for all ages. If your gifts include teaching (and learning) consider leading a class for the season or maybe just a month. HANDYMAN NEEDED! We need to put up a nice sign at our new property on RR12. The communications team is currently in the design phase, but once that is finalized, we need someone to build and erect the sign. See Nance at church if this is something you can do.
PIRS ... Partners in Reading Success! PIRS pairs adult mentors with elementary school children towork on development of reading and comprehension skills. Just One Hour Weekley and you can make a profound difference. Contact Pastor Brad and he'll connect you with the program coordinators for Fall 2010.
Grace Pantry Needs You! “Feed my sheep!” We’re fulfilling that commandment at Grace Pantry each week … and you can help. Every Monday at 4:00 pm we are in the City Hall parking lot to provide food to hungry people from around the area. Plus, there are other times to volunteer for pickup and stocking of food and other essential tasks. Talk to Mary McCauley about how you can help feed hungry people right here in our own town."God's Work, Our Hands." |
